Nesco Resource is looking to hire Production Operators in Port Huron, MI. This position works Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work will be required. Shift: 3rd Shift (11PM - 7AM) Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities Associates will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to: • Follow specific work instructions for each job assigned • Operate various machinery • Prepare parts for processing • Inspect parts for defects • Repair and/or rework defective parts as needed • Participate in teams and meetings to improve production • Maintain work area in accordance with 5S standards Skills and Qualifications Associates qualified for this position must have the following: • Ability to stand 8-12 hours per day • Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally • Ability to tolerate repetitive gripping of hand tools • Ability to twist and bend repetitively, as well as pull & tug at shoulder height consistently • Strong manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination • Ability to work in extreme temperatures • Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection.
