The position of In-Home Coordinator is a full-time position requiring up to 40 hours per week and reports to the Area Manager. This position is responsible for the overall operations of a specific area as it relates to residential services; the execution and equipment involved with performing these jobs and the customer service level expectation set by the company. Position Responsibilities o Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times. o Complete all assigned residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services, completely and accurately. o Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as scheduled. o Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people. o Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations. o Operate the company vehicle safely and per the driving policy at all times. o Uphold company standards and policies. o Communicate regularly and effectively as required. o Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis. Position Requirements o 2 years of retail or industry related experience. o Excellent customer service and communication skills. o General skills in MS Office. o Valid driver’s license. o Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. o Must be at least 21 years of age. o Ability to pass a driver training program. o Ability to provide an acceptable background and driving record. o Ability to pass a drug screen. Essential Job Functions o Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. o Ability to walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs. o Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching. o Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements. o Ability to operate a motor vehicle. o Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both written and oral.
