Cellular # : 513 - 394 - 2144 Mike Hiring unskilled construction laborers for framing @ $15/hr. Come help us build, get fit, earn a fair wage and learn a trade. - Framing houses is the name of this game. We frame new construction houses for builders. - Must have your own transportation to and from. Must be able to work 5 days per week and the occasional weekend when bad weather or other circumstances delays the week schedule because we have deadlines and as a professional company, we finish the job on-time. - Must be self-motivated! Unskilled does not mean lazy that doesn’t really want to work. We need people that are MOTIVATED to work, actually NEED TO WORK and WANT TO WORK. - Performance and attendance based bonuses every quarter (that means every 3 months). - You will be an employee that receives a paycheck with taxes deducted. We do not work with 1099’s. - We carry workers compensation insurance on all employees. - 2 Weeks of PTO (Paid time off – aka vacation/sick time). The first week earned after 8 mo. - 40/hr work week. - Work on a team that consists of great, skilled, professional people so it can rub off on you. - Learn a trade that you can take anywhere with you, graduate to a skilled level and move up to a team leader. - Only apply if you are self-motivated, need a job to rely on to sustain yourself, can get to work on time every workday, and can get to work with your own transportation as the builds will vary by location. - Must have the following tools: hammer, speed square (that’s the triangle one), small prybar (for nail pulling), tool belt or some means of carrying your tools. You will bring these with you to the job sites but they are your tools. You just need to show up with them when you work. We provide the power tools. - Must be 18 years of age to apply.
