Description

We are looking to employ an experienced Carpenter who will assist with multiple project layouts and constructions for commercial projects, someone who is hardworking, who wants a long-term job and is looking for stability, who is always on time. This position will also perform general construction labor task, site cleaning and other duties may vary. Qualification and Requirements: • A minimum of 2-3 year of experience performing carpentry for commercial projects • Knowledge of proper operation of hand tools • Ability to perform basic math calculations • Must obtain a Valid California Driver’s license • Must drive a personal truck or vehicle • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift heavy objects • Ability to communicate both written and verbal • Self-starter with willingness to grow and learn • Must be able to follow directions, work as a team, or as an individual • Duties and expectations: • Perform general labor • Measure and cut materials • Install of drywall, steel stud framing, T-bar, tile and flooring • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical and plumbing system is a plus • Utilize and coordinate work with outside contractors • Installing door and hardware • Utilize a wide variety of hand and portable power tools • Must be able to maintain a clean jobsite Schedule: • May Vary • Monday – Friday • 8 Hr. shift Work Location: • Multiple Locations Language: • English • Spanish Pay frequency: • Weekly
