This is Lulu, an adorable 8-year-old female chi mix. She weighs exactly 8 lbs, and has some very nice qualities- she is perfectly house-trained, doesn't wander off property, loves all kinds of walks but doesn't necessarily need them, and is a cuddlebug. She will bond to a calm family, older adult, etc. She is a bit nervous around hyper/bigger dogs, small kids, and unfamiliar guests. She has never bitten, but will snarl if repeatedly provoked. She had full dental recently ($500), eats high-quality mix and protein table scraps. Health is excellent. We have enjoyed this dog, but it is time to find her a quieter home where she can enjoy the second half of her life. We are a highly active and social family, and often out of town. Lulu comes with a kennel, dog bed, leash, brush, tooth brush, bowls, dog shampoos... food. She also has a lot of costumes and clothing. She will have everything she is used to and that you would need to care for her. Asking $150 rehoming fee (non-negotiable) to ensure a proper home.
