Seeking a maintenance tech for small, family-owned company. We have approximately 300 units altogether between our properties, mostly small-medium sized apartment buildings and commercial buildings. All properties are located within a 15 mile radius in Tampa, FL. Skills required include but not limited to; plumbing (clearing clogged drain lines, fixing leaky faucets, installing faucets, garbage disposals, etc.), basic electrical (installing light fixtures, outlets, ceiling fans), carpentry, painting, miscellaneous property maintenance tasks (blowing off properties, landscaping, property beautification, etc.). HVAC EXPERIENCE including diagnosing and repairing ac is a plus! Candidate must be high energy, have a can-do attitude, communicate and take direction well, and comfortable with moving around to multiple properties on a given day. Applicant must have their own basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation and no criminal background is a must, preferably (but not required) a pickup truck or van in order to house tools and transport some materials, if needed.
