CEMENT CUTTER NEEDED - 20" X 20" CUT SIMPLE ASSISTANCE NEEDED - ASAP!

Hi, I have a "Hole" I need cut into cement. This is what was installed - 6” of 4,000psi concrete mix was poured to create a new ground for a school in Logan Square. We need to cut a square about 20" and then dig down about 3 feet, pound in rebar and mix and pour cement. I really only need you to assist in cutting the cement and getting me able to dig. Depending on cement (it is newly poured) all we need to do is cut 6" down and then it should be digging time. We can make the hole a little bigger to allow easier digging. Please provide me a price to complete this job as I will be there to assist! What I really need you for is to cut and you know what you are doing and have done it before.
