JOB SUMMARY Sherwood Villa a 101 unit property is looking for Maintenance Supervisor! Reliant Property Management’s Maintenance Supervisors are hands on leaders who manage the efforts of the maintenance team and ensure the property is in top condition. If you have effective time management, attention to detail, and construction knowledge, you are an ideal candidate. SALARY: $19-$21/hour Full time employment BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company matched 401k 3 weeks PTO JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests Order supplies and manage the maintenance budget Manage property maintenance team EXPERIENCE Required High school Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years’ general residential maintenance experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred One-year supervisory experience Bilingual or multilingual skills Please visit our website for more information on our company,
