Job purpose and objective: Warehouse role: Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk Pay is $20 an hour and Fork lift experience is not required and will be trained. Shipping and receiving of parts: Responsible for counting and putting away the stock orders. Also responsible for processing and pulling of all will call, UP, shop, field service, and parts van orders and placing them in the proper location or package and preparing them for shipping. Processing and pulling of restock for all locations. Processing tire, card, pump, motor and drive unit cores to be shipped back to Crown for credit. Inventory and Quality Control Responsible for ensuring counts and movement of parts are accurate. Performs cycle counts and stockroom inventory audits to insure inventory accuracy is maintained. Processing of parts needing locations in stockroom. Processing parts being returned to stock. May perform audits of van inventories as required. Miscellaneous: Pressing tires, cutting cable and chain. Disperses supplies to technicians as needed Keeps stockroom clean and organized. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical requirements: Per 8 hour shift, must be able to sit 1 hour, stand 4 hours, walk 3 hours, see talk and hear. Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 30olb, reach below knee level, and reach above shoulder level. Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 150lb, bend/stoop/twist, squat, climb stairs, grip/grasp, torque, work with arm outstretched, work above chest level and pinch grip. Must be able to safely operate lift trucks. Must have good binocular vision. Ability to distinguish colors preferred. Possible exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, solvents, battery acid and noise pollution.
