Siamese cat being rehomed

Due to my health during my pregnancy being very unstable and my cat refusing to use his litter box since he's now a strictly indoor cat compared to our last home where he could be indoor/outdoor, I have to rehome him. We've had him for 3 1/2 years ( his age) but unfortunately he will do better in a home where he can go outside. We live on an upper level apartment now and he tries to escape outside every chance he gets. Asking Rehoming fee of ($)100 just to replace the cost of food and other items I've invested with him the past 6 months. He's friendly and has been around other cats, dogs, and children. He's hypo allergic due to the type of breed he is. Please email me.
