West Coast AV and Security is an established low voltage installation company in the Reno / Sparks area seeking the following (full time) positions: Low Voltage Field Installation Technicians (Rough/Trim), Alarm Technicians, Audio Visual (A/V) Technicians and Front Office Staff. Preferred Skills for Low Voltage Field Installation Technicians (Rough/Trim): •Residential and Commercial Cat6, coax and structured cabling experience preferred but may be willing to train the right person. •Rack and stack work, installation of assorted patch panels with cable dressing •Low voltage cabling management new and retrofit, connections and terminations of cables, trim media panels, mounting and hardware installations. •Should be able to read floor plans, document changes and take pride in quality installs. •Please list your experience and where you gained that experience. Required Skills for Alarm Technicians: •Must have experience with programming and activating burglar alarm systems (DSC, Honeywell, GE). •Job duties include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing various systems and equipment. •Please list your experience and where you gained that experience. Required Skills for AV Technician: •A minimum of 1year of AV experience with the following: networking, universal remotes, cameras, NVR systems, TVs, etc. is preferred. •Job duties include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing various systems and equipment. •Control4 experience is preferred, but we will train the right person •Should have a reliable vehicle capable of carrying ladders, equipment and supplies. •Please list your experience and where you gained that experience. Required Skills for Front Office Staff: •Computer and general office equipment experience. •Customer service skills. •Please list your experience and where you gained that experience. Applicants must present a professional appearance, have a good attitude and be flexible to working long hours and over-time when needed.
