Although we would prefer somone with solid skills a good/respectful sence about them, and great taste in music. I would settle for anyone to be willing to be the best they can be while not believing their own hype. Someone kind but not simple minded. Educated but not narccisistic. Driven but not a d*%k and MOST importantly. Someone who could ask, "what were your thoughts on..." We are musicians not folks who desire to BE musicians. We aren't rich. There is no Glorious Purpose or dreams of fame and riches. We have everything we need and just live the love of the music with respect for every note.
