Found 2 dogs, black & yellow labs

Description

Saw a post on the Nextdoor app. A person from Pacifica found 2 labs running together lost, on the 4th of July. Black lab is young and yellow lab is older. She took them to the SPCA. They older, yellow lab will be put down on Friday if the owner does not come to pick him up.
