Forman & Laborer needed IMMEDIATELY! Junk Debris removal.

Locally owned and operated junk/debris removal company has an immediate need for a Forman to oversee daily jobs. Knowledge of pulling and backing/moving trailers, basic construction, moving/packing/loading household furniture etc. necessary. Must have a truck that can pull a dump trailer. Also, need a General Laborer. Based out of Destin with jobs in Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay counties weekly. We are looking for a new team member(s) to be part of a 2 to 3 man team. Teams are scheduled for junk and debris removal jobs, as well as, materials pickup and delivery, unit cleanouts, light moving, and other similar jobs. These jobs are not glamorous and are not for the faint of heart or those with physical limitations. PERSONS with pickup truck go to the front of the line!!!!! If you have a 250/2500 or bigger heavy-duty pickup truck there is an opportunity to have your own team after the trial period. Ideal candidate(s)will: MUST have reliable transportation to and from work. Be able to work a flexible schedule. MUST BE ON TIME. If you are habitually late please do not apply. Have a good grasp of common sense and the ability to look at and assess how best to load and pack junk and debris to maximize volume in the trailer(s). Previous debris/junk removal and or moving experience would be great but not mandatory. Ability and experience pulling trailers and backing trailers in and out of driveways and other tight spots would be VERY helpful. No drugs or drinking on the job. What you after hours is your business. MUST BE ON TIME!!! Did I mention that? MUST be honest, dependable, and have reliable transportation to and from work. Be able to work outside and deal with the associated heat in this area. Able to lift 80lbs+ Well groomed and presentable both physically, hygienically, and verbally as you will be interacting with customers. Work well within a team environment. MUST BE ON TIME!!! Just making sure this sinks in...lol... Be able to accept positive training and criticism related to the job. Please disclose any felony criminal background. I do not care that you have had these issues I just need to know about them and about you. HOURS:  From 20 to 40 hours + per week to start. Part-time to start but will grow to full time very quickly. BUSINESS HOURS:  7 am-7 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am-2 pm (ish) on Saturday (seasonal). STARTING PAY:  Beginning hourly pay depends on experience. Hourly pay increases will be assessed after 90 day trial period.
