Missing Black German Shepherd

Help! My 4 year old female German Shepherd was being boarded with a trainer in Wilson, OK. She got scared when people were shooting off Fireworks, got out of her crate, and went out the window. She's been missing since the night of Friday, July 2nd. Her name is Sofia. She's a black German Shepherd with a white spot on her chest and brown on her feet. She's wearing a pink collar with my address embossed on it. She has Pannus so her eyes look a little funky and she's partially blind. She also has spinal issues. She needs daily medications. She went missing in Wilson, OK but we live in the Mustang/SW Okc area. We are worried sick about her and want her home.
