I need to build some front steps up to the front door of my house. They are missing as the previous owner was intending on putting a large porch up and had removed the stairs to do it. I also need a back porch fixed up. Its missing railing and spindles. I also need an LVP floor installed. tongue and groove...so its not a difficult project. We can start with the porch and then keep going. Please only apply if you can work unsupervised and know what you're doing without "youtube".
