Yourpad Charleston is a local real estate group with 50+ properties in downtown Charleston (think Airbnb and VRBO). We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Runner with a knack for fixing things and an interest in assisting our guests. You will spend your time conducting basic maintenance and running supplies to our properties and guests. This includes coming to the rescue of our guests by diagnosing issues and helping support our guest operations team. Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (approximately 12-15 hours per week). This role has future expansion possibilities for the right fit. We will provide use of company vehicle for work travel. $16 per hour with bonus pay for “on call” availability outside of core hours Basic qualifications: • Must live within 20 minutes of downtown Charleston • Must have a valid driver’s license • Strong team worker and mindset • Problem solving skills • Highly organized • Must own Smart Phone • General maintenance repair • Positive customer-minded attitude • Flexibility and adaptability a must • Multi-tasker • Frequent standing, bending and lifting of up to 50 lbs. What you'll do Traveling and performing basic maintenance and tasks in our homes to include: o Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory. o Deliver linens and towels o Performing basic maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, fixing blinds and changing lightbulbs. o Additionally, bring your BASIC home repair skills (appliance, cable/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, HVAC, and plumbing). Limited experience in these areas?
