We are looking for a Cleaning Lady to take care of our vacation rental properties. These apartments are all located in Hoboken, NJ. Cleaning hours usually take place Mon-Sun from 11am to 3pm. This is a very flexible job, Part-Time 2-4 times per week. Attention to detail is very important because our cleans must be completed to strict standards. Cleaning Ladies must be efficient and effective, must be able to lift up to 50lbs. -WEEKENDS ARE ALWAYS THE MOST BUSY DAYS Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,, restroom cleaning, etc.) Changing beds and towels Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Report missing or broken items from the properties Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity High school degree Job Types: Part-time, Contract Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Sunday On call Weekend availability Please email your resume in the body of the email
