Repair/replace posts on back deck; re-secure balcony railing

Seeking a carpenter to repair or replace two posts and reattach railings on our back steps. A prior carpenter replaced the steps themselves, but he did not complete the job. The original posts were meant for interior use and have suffered rot. We may need to replace these with posts appropriate for exterior use. I would like to complete this work by Saturday July 24, if possible. Additionally, a railing on the second floor balcony has detached from the side of the house; this needs to be re-secured.
