compensation: Based on experience employment type: full-time We are a full service landscaping company located in Orlando, FL 32805. We offer services such as landscaping, lawn maintenance, tree services, irrigation, etc. This is a physically demanding job. Most of our employees have been with us for over 5 years! We recognize hard work! - Pay is competitive with the opportunity for advancement. - Paid vacation and sick days after 1 year. - Your schedule would be MONDAY through FRIDAY with a start time of 7:00 am. With occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in daily preparation of trucks and equipment. 2. Performing landscape installation and maintenance tasks on commercial property. This may include: - Planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers. - Helping with leaf and debris removal, and bed edging. - Providing labor associated with the preparation, excavation, and installation of sod, mulch, retaining walls, gardens, and landscape lighting. - Operating commercial mowers, hedge trimmers, weed eaters and other various landscaping equipment. 3. Assisting with the end of the day/week equipment maintenance and preparation for the next day/week. 4. Assisting the crew leaders with various tasks. Preference: - Valid Driver's License - Clean driving record - Transportation to and from work - Those with irrigation experience, small engine mechanics experience, paver install experience, concrete install experience, or the ability to sharpen blades are a plus.
