Looking for an individual with knowledge of sheet rocking, basic electrical and plumbing, painting and framing but will train right individual. May include roof inspections, cleaning parking lots, changing trash bags and general property maintenance. Must be responsible, work well with others or alone at a job site, have reliable transportation, good communication skills and time management. I need an individual I can depend on at job site. This is a full-time Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm job. There is also opportunity for over time. I have a very busy maintenance company and I need an individual to start ASAP.
