Get ready for a FREE intense full body + cardio workout! Get ready for an intense full body + cardio workout! This workout will be outdoors using your own bodyweight and unlike anything you’ve ever done before. Some exercises we’ll be doing include push ups, burpees, running stairs, dips, squats, and lunges. If you are an athlete, challenge yourself by running faster and doing more reps. If you’re a beginner, we will offer modifications on the exercises and leave no man behind. All levels are welcome! No equipment is required but gloves and a water bottle are recommended. We will be outdoors so no masks are needed. This event is FREE. Please use your own personal discretion regarding your ability to exercise, especially if you have any previous injuries. ------------------- By participating in this event, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: 1.
