Our national multi-family management company seeks a Unit Stager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to be responsible for staging and refreshing apartment spaces, managing inventory, assisting with design elements and maintaining positive resident relations. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for staging and refreshing apartment spaces, managing inventory, assisting with design elements. We are looking for a detailed oriented, eye for detail talent who loves to create beautiful spaces. Work directly with our Lead Designer in the staging/decorating of our luxury apartment units. REPORTS TO: Interior Design Managing Director/Lead Interior Designer, Community Manager, and/or Regional Property Supervisor SUPERVISES: None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform all staging and refreshing activities for furnished/corporate units following design/placement guidelines. Responsible for managing and maintaining incoming and outgoing inventory. Responsible for barcode inventory using asset tracking software. Responsible for Unpacking, cut down and dispose of inventory boxes. Relocate furnishings within apartment homes as needed. Assisting with installing design elements. Meet or exceed design staging/refreshing requirements. Qualifications DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years hospitality/resort style housekeeping experience TRAINING/CERTIFICATES/ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS Fair Housing training preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Inventory control skills Ability to lift approximately 30lbs individually and approximately 60lbs with a team member; you will be relocating furniture in units, climbing ladder, installing some hardware and hanging items on walls. Computer proficiency Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively. Proficiency in using property management software(s), well as Microsoft Office. Ability to assemble small furniture Knowledge of small hand tools i.e. drill, drivers and fasteners Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
