The Loader Associate is the conductor making sure all vehicles are being processed safely and efficiently. The loader interacts with all customers and is responsible for creating a memorable experience in all interactions while doing his job to prepare the vehicles prior to entering the car wash tunnel. No experience necessary - No College Degree Needed- On the Job Paid Training WHAT YOU WILL DO This position requires someone who is focused with attention to detail, safety and customer oriented. The Loader position is "the conductor" of the car wash, making sure all vehicles are being processed efficiently. Creates a positive impression on team and customers. Acts in Professional manner. Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to insure directions are followed. Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes Determines prep by visual inspection and does not over prep the vehicle.
