In search of a handyman/maintenance/cleaning person for my listings in Queens. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities: - Set up lockboxes - Film 3D tours (training provided) - Cleaning to get houses photo/show ready - Minor repairs to get houses photo/show ready - Provide access to vendors and contractors - View properties and create reports Requirements: - Must have a flexible schedule - Must have reliable access to a car - Must be able to travel throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx - Careful attention to detail - Reliability - Experience in maintenance and handyman tasks Please provide a cover letter and a resume for consideration for this position.
