Building management company looking for experienced handy-man located in or near the Bed-Stuy area of Brooklyn. Candidates living in the neighborhood are preferable. This is a part-time position. Job Duties & Requirements: -knowledgeable about plumbing, electricity, carpentry, etc -perform repairs as requested -own your own tools -minimum 5 years of experience -examples of repairs: changing faucet, repairing leaks, tilework, change window springs, etc -average about 10-15 hrs of work a week, 3 days a week Please email resumes.
