Job Description Daily Responsibilities And Tasks: • Perform project work as requested floor care, carpet cleaning or window cleaning. • Be able to use a scrubbing machine to scrub and strip floors. • Be able to apply floor finish/Wax on the floors ( usually VCT floors ). • Be able to use a steam cleaning machine to clean carpets. • Be able to lift light to somewhat heavy objects such as desks, books, furniture, etc. • Be able to clean glass/windows and use a squeegee. • Be able to do a report and take pictures by the end of the shift. • Be able to drive and travel to a different location as requested with the company car. Requirements • Previous experience in floor care ( floor scrubbing, stripping and waxing/refinishing ) • Must be legally authorized to work in USA. • Must be able to have a valid Driver's license and drive in daily basis.
