Description

Forest therapy is a practice for supporting healing and wellness through sensory immersion in Forests and other natural environments. At a time when both the environment and humans are under stress, we can find a path to well-being by taking a walk in the woods. Earth Heart provides wellness services that foster wholeness for the individual and the planet. Theresa Lewis is a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. This event will be held at Sheep Pasture, one of the conservation lands of the Natural Resources Trust of Easton. You can expect a guided sensory experience with invitations for you to explore connections with yourself, with others, and with Nature. The walk concludes with a small tea sharing.
