Description

Fun and exciting self defense class for kids age 5-12. They will learn how to recognize dangerous situations and skills to stay safe! We teach our kids to use common sense before self defense and how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and people. They will also learn some basic moves to physically defend themselves against an attacker, even if they are bigger and stronger. They will be introduced to the exciting world of martial arts while having a lot of fun!
