The Workout Cookout Series includes a group workout and cookout. Sessions for different military demographics on select dates. Part of USO Experience , the Workout and Cookout series will feature a group workout, followed by a cookout, and wrapped up with topic discussions led by local health care clinician Dr. Paul Hardy at the Outdoor Adventure Team Studio on Joint Base Expeditionary Little Creek-Fort Story. Open to active duty and dependents only. Each event date is intended for specific groups.
