This hour-long yoga class will guide practitioners in mindfully integrating movement with breath while offering modifications that aim to meet varying needs as well as experience level. Allow your practice to grow and evolve. We look forward to meeting you on your mat. Namaste 🙏🏻 Price includes: 1 hour yoga class and 1 glass of wine. Must be 21 years old to participate. Winery and shop open until 8:30 pm during the event. For the cleanest and safest practice, kindly bring your own mat.
