Media entertainment workshop, Learn & Create Music Production, Video Production, Tik-Tok videos, Podcast, and Short films. 12-24 yrs old This new state-of-the-art Media Production workshop prepares adolescents for future careers in the music industry through hands-on experience and professional development. MP 100 teaches participants that creative arts like music are not only a hobby but a skillset that can lead to rewarding careers in entertainment. Career pathway opportunities for participants in the entertainment industry. Through our engineering, interactive workshops, programs, and field trips participants learn the inner workings of entertainment production while gaining skills to take their future to the next level. They Learn out of the box thinking, research skills, self esteem, self value, resiliency, & confidence with peers, family, school, and community. To develop assets to overcome personal, and external challenges. OBJECTIVES 1.     Higher Education & Health and Wellness Participants will increase their healthy living activities and obtain skills to apply to post-secondary education and/or intern/externships; 2.     Entrepreneurship: Participants will increase their knowledge of entrepreneurship; & career pathways 3.     Leadership and Social Responsibility: Participants will increase their engagement in their communities; 4.     Public Safety & Positive Life Skills; Participants will adopt positive life skills, to reduce their involvement in at-risk behaviors such as violence, truancy, vandalism, smoking, alcohol/substance abuse, and teen pregnancy;
