Vocalist looking for band or different project

Being up front... Looking for local project that is either already gigging out, or close to it. I also play some rhythm guitar decently. Any project that is not typical. Not looking for a general business band but a more specialized focused group. Originals or covers ok. Tribute band would be OK if it fits my range. I'm a fan of most all genres of music. Looking to drive within a two town radius to rehearse. Not looking to spend every single weekend in a dull bar somewhere that has no regular clients and unreasonable expectations of the band, but open to deciding how much to play based on the payback whether it be in Karma for a benefit, money or just a fun time.
