Our company is seeking an experienced Pool Attendant for our Luxury Condominium in Midtown Miami, FL. Schedule: Full Time - Wednesday through Sunday (9a-6p). **Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred!** ***ALL OFFERS ARE CONTINGENT ON PASSING A DRUG AND BACKGROUND SCREENING!*** REQUIRED: *Working outdoors *Working weekends *Must be ok pool attending and cleaning (the pool area) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet and welcome all residents, members and guests Assist residents and keep up with the maintenance of the pool and facilities Ensure all furniture is straight and organized, including umbrellas at the beach Check all lounges for need of repairs, mark them, and report them to Maintenance Sweep deck and stair cases Walk through the deck and look for safety hazards and report them to management Check all restrooms and elevators for cleanliness and/or if maintenance is needed Enforce pool and beach rules What We Offer: 100% Employer Provided Health Insurance (after 30 days of employment) Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, and Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time-Off/Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts Program
