Looking for a Groundskeeper / Porter Responsibilities include but not limited to - Working Outside majority of the day - Walking up multiple flights of stairs - Maintaining Grounds throughout the property free of trash and debris - Redistributing trash from overflowing dumpsters - Cleaning stairways and hallways IMMEDIATE HIRE MUST BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!
