Description

We are looking for a full-time, hard-working and reliable worker to help maintain our properties in Palm Beach, Florida. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including general interior and exterior cleaning, responding to homeowner's maintenance requests, and identifying the need for repairs. Skills such as completing drywall repairs, painting, fixing leaks, pressure washing, servicing appliances, sprinkler repair and landscaping are preferred. A keen eye for details is valued greatly for this job. Supervising the sub-contractors who are used for technical maintenance is required. Candidates must be skilled and hard-working with outstanding problem-solving abilities and communication skills. They must be reliable, dependable and knowledgeable. Responsibilities: - Perform all aspects of repairs, handyman assignments, housekeeping and property cleaning - Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs - Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner - Interior cleaning (vaccuum, swiffer) - Exterior cleaning (decks, pool, driveways) - Interior and exterior window cleaning - Moving indoor/outdoor furniture and boxes - Pressure washing - Install and remove hurricane shutters - Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, and ovens - Various other tasks Skills Preferred: - Painting - Drywall - Plumbing - Servicing appliances - Electrical work Requirements: Valid Florida driver's license with ownership of own vehicle Must live in Palm Beach County References required Pass drug test and criminal background check A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role Ability to work with hardware tools Ability to lift 50 lbs and use a ladder up to 30 feet Extremely organized with good communication skills (English is required and English/Spanish is a plus) Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills Monday - Friday work schedule with availability to work on the weekends when necessary (Total: 40 hour week) Resume required in order to apply
