LVP and Laminate Floor Installation - Experience Required, High Pay

I run a flooring installation business, and I need more installers. This will start as one or two jobs, and likely continue into a long-term relationship. I'm looking to pay a competitive rate, but I'm not looking to train a newbie. You don't have to have years of experience with installing floors, but you do need to be great at it. If you're currently installing floors for another company, chances are I can beat your current pay rate. I have jobs lining up starting next week that will need to be handled by one or more people. I may hire a couple people together, or a crew, or just one or two people separately to help handle the workload. I'm casting a wide net, so to speak, in order to get people that are the right fit. I'm willing to pay hourly, daily, or per job / per square foot. If you have a rate in mind, let me know. I realize most installers making $25+ per hour are on the high end of the pay scale for companies in this area, and I'm prepared to pay that rate for the right people.
