Greetings, Welcome to Best Choice Notary Academy. Learn to become a Notary and Signing Agent. At the Academy you are trained on the Texas Laws and Procedures, how to be efficient and accurate in notary and loan closings and most of all how to secure the bag. Your assignments will be processing various types of Loan Closings hands on. The Loans you will learn to Close are Purchase, Sellers Package, Refinance, VA Loan, Reverse Mortgage and a Texas Cash Out. We will do some role playing to get you ready for the unexpected client. This training is very interactive. You will leave ready to do some business throughout Texas. You are provided a mentor as long as you need one. You are able to shadow your mentor on at least two closings. You will receive a workbook for each class that will be yours to keep notes in and reference back to what you are taught in class. The dress attire for the training is just as it would be if you were going to a Closing. Business casual only, no jeans, no tennis shoes, no slides. Familiar with following all of the required Notary duties involved including reading the HUD1 to see if any required funds are due at the table.
