I've started Noom and one of my goals is to get in my 10,000 steps a day. The program offers lots of support but it's still not the same as having someone doing it with you. I prefer early mornings (done by 8) I'm located just south of downtown but will be happy to meet up wherever or go to different places just to keep it from getting monotonous. Just turned 60 and am wanting to drop from 200 down to 160 or so (I've already lost 15 in the last month) Hope to hear from someone
