Please help us locate our Sheltie, Tippy. He ran away after being attacked outside my parents hotel near the Walmart and Lowes in Abingdon, VA. We have been searching for him since June 28th. Tippy is a tri-colored Sheltie, mostly black but with white and brown patches on his head and white patches on his paws. Tippy is 16 pounds. Thank you for your help!
