Central Oregon Collective is currently looking for fun, responsible, upbeat team players to join our team. We are hiring full time Direct Support Professional’s (DSP’s) to help make a difference in the lives of our clients while growing a meaningful/rewarding career for day and night shifts. The position of DSP is an entry level direct support caregiver position; no previous experience is necessary and Central Oregon Collective will provide you with free training plus we promote within so you there is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Hands on involvement with resident’s daily routine and needs to perform their personal care, including hygiene, grooming, exercise, range of motion, bladder and bowel care, dispensing medications Maintain a clean and attractive home Assist in preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements Interact respectfully with clients by encouraging support to make choices, develop independence, and to participate in all areas within the community, as well as working with clients Completion of documentation and reports Provide transportation utilizing company vehicles to attend community activities Attend and participate in all required training MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Pass Criminal History Background Check Be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid Oregon Driver License or State issued ID Must have proof of car insurance and current registration and must be insurable by COCs auto. insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles WHAT YOU CAN RECEIVE Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance Holiday Pay Sick Pay Vacation Pay 401K Bonus’s WE PROVIDE FREE COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION Certification in CPR and First Aid (every 2 years) Certification in Oregon Intervention System (OIS) (every 2 years) Complete Core Competencies with 60 days of hire We make it easy to apply!
