Embrace the joy of rediscovering our natural environment using awareness techniques and traditional martial arts. This class focuses on awareness techniques and traditional martial arts to reconnect to our natural selves. This course includes a deep spiritual connection to our natural world. The connection is the conduit to every aspect of being in and part of nature. You will come to love everything from the tiniest insect to the tallest tree. The goal is to fill you with the joy of rediscovering our natural environment. In this continuos series you will use your physical body as well as tomahawks, a variety of bows, sticks, and staff slings.
