1st Annual Sanaa Mahari Walk for Missing and Slain Teens (NJ). To commemorate what would have been her 16th birthday, Sanaa Mahari Amenhotep's mother and founder of the non-profit organization M.O.S.T has organized the 1st annual walk for missing and slain teens. This event will serve as a fundraiser in support of families recently impacted by teen murder and missing youth. On April 5, 2021, fifteen-year-old Sanaa Mahari Amenhotep was lured away from her home by a friend. She was reported missing by her mother Saleemah Graham-Fleming. Twenty four days later, on April 29,2021 Sanaa was found brutally murdered and buried in a shallow grave. Sanaa would have been celebrating her "Sweet" 16th Birthday this August 4, 2021. Registration is $16.00 for all participants. Choose as many activities as you like. Activities will include guest speakers, the 2400 Steps for Sanaa Walk, Zumba and more. There will be sponsorship and vending opportunities for individuals/businesses. The mission of M.O.S.T is to create a movement of parents nationwide that have suffered the loss of a slain teen by way of community violence. M.O.S.T is distinctively designed to address the immediated and long-term needs of parents affected by child murder(i.e. financialm therapeutic, community resources, advocacy, outreach, etc)
