Dyckman Run Club host the 1st "Red Hook" Charity 10K Run/Walk! Portion of the proceeds will go to the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance! The Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA) is a non-profit arts service organization whose mission is to cultivate, support and promote the works of artists and arts organizations in northern Manhattan. NoMAA facilitates the creation of new works by both emerging and established artists and strengthens the infrastructures of local arts organizations. It encourages public dialogue, engagement, and collective reflection around issues that affect upper Manhattan’s cultural community. NoMAA also fosters the region’s economic development and overall vibrancy. As one of the premier running clubs in New York City, Dyckman Run Club (DRC) aims to inspire, motivate and educate our community on the importance of running and its benefits to a healthy lifestyle. In our passion to aid our community, DRC has reached out to NoMAA to support them in cultivating the works of North Manhattan’s art organizations. The Dyckman Run Club wishes to assist NoMAA in strengthening the infrastructure of local arts organizations in our Northern Manhattan community. Come join us as we launch our first Red Hook 10K Run! A portion of the proceeds generated from this event will go to the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance to help support its ever-growing efforts in cultivating the works of arts organizations in our communities!
