Hello! Let's persuade fitness, and wellness as a group. Join me for a 30min short, and intense workout, outdoors, at one of the most beautiful viewings in NYC. Central Park, in front of the Wollman Rink.
Bring water, a mat, and a pair of resistance bands. A long resistance band, and a mini resistance band. If you don't have it, you can borrow, or buy it with me ($10 for both).
This class is for all fitness levels, and with low impact options.
