Healing Meditation Somatic Technics Health and Wellness This is a healing class where you will learn different techniques of healing. We will work with sacral energy as well as physical body and mental sheath. There will be guided meditation offered that helps to cure an anxiety, brings peace of mind and strengthen your self-confidence. Applying and practicing these technics you will learn to better understand yourself, how to listen to your body and subconsciousness, trust your intuition. My ultimate goal is to introduce you to instruments and tools that will help to discover a key to your talents and unique knowledge. If you are looking to change your profession and are unsure where to begin and what is the right thing for you to do - these technics might help you to cut the long way and speed up the process. You will be able to move forward to your mission and achieve financial prosperity through doing what you enjoy and living your life in full. We will also talk about responsibilities of our life choices and learn how to rule your life and be a creator of the one. This 1 hr in-person class might include: guided meditation, healing sacral energy session, awareness conversations, group exercises, solo exercises, health tips and advices, and more. We won't be able to include all of the above in one class, so every class is going to be different, providing you with a new portion of knowledge. All levels are welcome. Every class is unique and does not require to attend any previous or next classes. You can join any time and quit any time and join again if you'd like. You won't miss anything, you will only gain. We have no restrictions for attendance, besides the only one. Please stay home if you feel sick. Important! There are mats provided at the venue, disinfected thoroughly, please feel free to bring your own if you'd like.I recommend to have a light scarf or a sleep mask for a deeper hibernation while meditation. You may prefer to bring a spare pair of socks for your convenience and comfort.Dress comfortably in non restrictive clothing (important for breathing exercises and diaphragm work).Try to avoid having a heavy meal or beverages (caffeinated, alcoholic or sugary) at least an hour prior the class. Drinking water is a great option.Please come 5-10 min in advance.
