FREE - Nexplanon Insertion Procedure Training The Center is hosting an in-person training for licensed health care professionals (MD, PA, NP, CNP, CNM) to perform Nexplanon (contraceptive implant) insertion procedures. Training and materials provided by Organon. Trainer: Dr. Christine Ragay-Cathers *Covid-19 health and safety precautions will be followed. For more information regarding Nexplanon and content of this training, please visit https://www.organonconnect.com/nexplanon/dosing-administration/ The Center for Health & Prevention provides free to low-cost sexual and reproductive health services at our clinics located in San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande. Most clients will qualify for free services through Family PACT, a state-funded program based on Federal Poverty Guidelines (family size and income). We accept CenCal, and have a Certified Enrollment Counselor on staff. No form of ID, proof of income, social security number, etc. required to receive services. Same-day appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome. No one is turned away for inability to pay. Bilingual staff at both clinic sites.
