Metro Leaders was established as an offshoot of NASP over 16 years ago and meets regularly on Wednesdays in Brentwood. Toastmasters is an international organization established 98 years ago for the sole purpose of promoting communication, public speaking and leadership skills. As a sales professional, the top skill you need is COMMUNICATION effectively! A professional sales representative will succinctly and expertly describe their companies services and products. And you also need strong LISTENING skills. Toastmasters teaches you how to be a better listener. Lastly, the meetings are a supportive and fun atmosphere with all rooting for you to succeed in these skills. We have fun and we learn how to better relay our message. VISIT a Metro Leaders Toastmasters club meeting FREE anytime! We meet the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays in Brentwood at Corkys for lunch (arrive 11:00, meeting 11:45). No reservation needed but lunch purchase is required for us to obtain the private meeting room. Annual Dues are only $120 and you can visit several times before joining.
