Looking for a skilled individual wanting to work 30+ hours M-F. Must have 3 years of experience, pass a background check, and have attention to detail. There is some occasional heavy lifting involved. Examples of work are fixing water leaks, working on renovating apartments including painting, flooring, drywall repair, etc, maintaining equipment, etc.
