Most artist biographies typically have a perfect and detailed story about how that artist began writing songs or performing in front of crowds etc. But with Wesley Walker, his story and biography is anything but typical, which pairs nicely with his voice. The Mississippi delta native not only has a blend of diverse musical influences, but also has had a roller coaster of a music career especially with being so young and new to the music scene. While playing baseball all the way to the college level after ending his last season short at Northwest Community College after Covid-19 shut the world down. Wesley Walker’s debut single “Small Things” (originally performed under the band The Sips’) was released in 2019, which was the first song Wesley ever wrote and recorded alongside guitarist Cole Ketchum after placing 3rd in a songwriting contest held at Blue Sky Studios in Jackson, Mississippi which marked the beginning of the Wesley Walker journey.
